In the week following the election, a large number of toasts have been made to the presidential outcome, to the future, to hope in general, and to specific hopes that remain unfulfilled.  Here at False Profit, we track toasts (both doctoral and otherwise) rather closely as part of our overall metrics program.  Our analysts feel certain that whatever number of glasses have been raised and drained, the market is still extremely robust and further celebration is nearly inevitable.
